Fursty Ferret Beer

For you Sandgropers out there … the International Beer Shop (in West Leederville) now has ‘Fursty Ferret’ beer (from Badger Ales) in stock so all you beer drinking ferret owners can scurry down there and get some.

I’m not partial to beer but Philip said it was a top drop and at $8.50 a bottle, it jolly well better be!!! The label’s cute too.

According to the blurb on the label, “when in decades past the idyllic country home of Miss Rose Gribble became a local inn, legend has it that the inquisitive local ferrets frequented the pub’s back door on a mission to sample its own reputed brew. In their honour it was named Fursty Ferret.”

Any more scratching at my sofa from within and I might just go and buy myself a bottle and cry in my beer!
