Angus the Ugg Thief!
I was in the study working yesterday and heard a weird noise, so I came into the bedroom to investigate what was going on.
Angus had decided that one of Philip’s ugg boots should be taken to his “boudoir” and so had dragged it across the bedroom floor and tried to stash it in the drawer of the “Chest of Drawers Hilton” where they all sleep.
What a little monkey! He was looking at me as if butter wouldn’t melt in his mouth … a real “Who ME?” moment when I asked him what he thought he was doing with the boot.
As I was lying on the bed just now typing on my laptop, he decided he would go for gold again with the boot. Why is it that I never have my camera handy when all the good stuff is going on
I was watching him take the boot from the wardrobe and drag it to the drawer – once again he couldn’t get it past the toe in the drawer stage and he was looking very frustrated about the whole event.
I just wonder where he thinks he’s going to put the darned boot if he did get it inside the chest of drawers!
What a funny little monkey he is

Aren’t ferrets just the most adorable little thieves?! I always have to laugh at the way they get obsessed with a certain object and just have to stash it!
Your Wicket reminds me of the cartoon ferret I had commissioned for my website … the one lying on top of the pile of socks in a state of bliss

Hugs to Wicket from his new pals down under.
That’s so hilarious! One time, my ferret Wicket was caught stealing some socks from the hamper to hide it under a mattress. About 6 months later, when the mattress was moved, we found 14 socks bunched up — I guess he stole more than just that one!!
This is a cute story and what an adorable little creature. Very enjoyable! Such a creative little fellow working so hard at his task.
